I provide relationship and play-based dog training for owners and dogs at every age and stage, with a focus on compassionate, functional outcomes. I began training pet dogs professionally in 2018 and over the years developed a particular expertise in supporting dogs that are unsure, scared, reactive, feral, or labeled reactive or aggressive. I work not just with behaviours, but with the underlying needs and emotions that shape a dog’s responses — building trust, creating clear communication, and using play to strengthen the bond between dog and owner.

 

My experience includes serving as head trainer at one of Alberta’s largest rescues for several years and continuing to support local rescues across the province. That rescue work sharpened my skills in assessment, rehabilitation, and designing step-by-step plans that are realistic for busy households and shelter environments alike. What I offer: personalized training plans, one-on-one sessions, behaviour rehabilitation, owner education, and rescue partnerships.
